Cube chicken breasts – add to wok and allow to cook, stirring frequently, for 5-7 minutes. Add garlic, pineapple juice, soy sauce, sugars and wine; mix well. Cover and allow to simmer for 15 minutes.Remove lid and add vegetables – cover and allow to simmer for an additional 5 minutes.Combine cornstarch and water in a small bowl; mix well.
