Super Healthy Soup: I wish to share this nutritious easy cooking Menu with you which I find it’s hearty to have during the winter month or simply enjoyed it with it’s nutritional facts of good fiber intake. The nutrition facts for Broccoli – The World’s Healthiest Foods It is a very good source of dietary fiber, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin E, manganese, phosphorus, choline, vitamin B1, vitamin A (in the form of carotenoids), potassium and copper. Broccoli is also a good source of vitamin B1, magnesium, omega-3 fatty acids, protein, zinc, calcium, iron, niacin and selenium. Soy Milk benefits: Soymilk contains protein which is essential to human nutrition and growth. proteins are made of amino acids which are shown to have beneficial effect in preventing various health disorders.
